Initial Situation

The most important reasons specified by the customer for reviewing his production processes were heavy demand coupled with the desire to optimize throughput times from placing of the order by the customer to final delivery.

The reorientation of the production line was determined in cooperation with the customer.  Together with the customer, we elaborated and implemented measures for process optimization and capacity expansion. Installation and commissioning of the machines were carried out with minimal impact on production.
