The customer – a producer of foodstuffs and stimulants – intended to relocate his plant with a mesh belt to a subsidiary in another country.
One of the customer’s key criteria was to reduce the risks of relocation, and his objective was to ensure smooth belt running in continuous operation. The bernmatic® belt tracking roller seemed to offer an optimal solution for the customer.

Solution
The bernmatic® belt tracking roller ensures precise belt running. The data from the integrated trend recorder is transmitted to the Allen Bradley® automation system, and is therefore available on the existing in-house system for monitoring and further processing.
This means that subsequent processing stages can be implemented without any delay. Accurate positioning makes reworking and machine stoppages unnecessary.
