• Research management:
  We coordinate and accompany your research projects on our own premises, in cooperation with prominent universities, technical institutes and technical colleges.
  
• Feasibility studies:
  Our interdisciplinary team of specialists from the fields of process engineering, physics, chemistry, mechanical engineering and mechatronics reviews feasibility and carries out further studies (FEM calculations, energy management).
  
• Simulations:
  We perform complex calculations and simulations to identify key mechanical, flow dynamic and thermodynamic coefficients.
  
• Laboratory:
  We carry out metallographic and surface analyses.

• Test centre:
  Here, we subject your operating parameters to practical testing. Technical design and project engineering: Based on a detailed analysis of the actual situation, we carry out technical design and project engineering for a future plant which will deliver all the benefits you anticipate.
  
• Basic & detail engineering:
  Based on our prior studies, calculations and practical tests, we plan, construct and install not only the mechanical engineering, but also the entire electrical technology of the plant.
  
• Process analysis:
  We measure and check the process parameters and belt running characteristics of existing lines or future installations. Based on this, we develop concepts for improvement, using our computerized simulations to visualize the planned results.

• Project management:
  We support the installation of your new production facility throughout the project chain, from idea to implementation.
  
• General contractor:
  As general contractor, we deliver turnkey handover and on-time commissioning of your facility within the agreed budget.
